By entering a Hampshire Tour Series sportive you are agreeing that you:
- Fully understand that you enter the event at your own risk and that the organisers of the event and the officials appointed by them, shall under no circumstances be liable for any property damage, property theft, illness, injury, death, damage or loss sustained in the course of, or in connection with these events. These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the event organisers.
Cancellation policy:
- You can cancel your entry and receive a full refund up to 1 month before the event. If you wish to cancel your entry less than 1 month before the event, your entry can only be transferred to another one of our events.
- Changes to your entry, such as the route option, can also be made up to 7 days before the event.
Please nore that the event is run on public roads.
- You will use an approved cycling helmet and suitable clothing at the event.
- You will abide by the Highway Code and rules of the road and not put yourself or anyone else in danger.
- You agree to the use of your image by the organisers for promotional purposes, unless prior notice is given from yourself on the contrary.
- You will not participate unless you’re fit enough to do the event you have entered.
- You will not participate if you are feeling unwell or recovering from illness.
- You will ensure that your cycle is suitably maintained (the event organisers recommend participants bring puncture repair and chain repair tools).
- You declare that you have filled in the form clearly and correctly.
The event organisers reserve the right to change the course and any aspect of the event without prior notice.
